The High Green Medical Practice will be closed on the afternoon of Tuesday 26th September 2023 for staff training. The Practice telephone lines will be transferred to the Out of Hours Service from 12.30 until 8am Wednesday 27.09.2023.
The Practice & Reception Desk will re-open as normal at 8.00am Wednesday 27th September 2023.
