Our team answer hundreds of calls everyday, some are very distressing or challenging, and some can leave them feeling very upset. Please be patient when you call our practice. You don't know what happened on the call they just took.

Each call our reception team takes is from a patient like you, who may be worried, upset and unwell. Please be kind to reception staff, you don't know what happened on the call they just took.
